【正文】 ad of blood. unpaid blood donation is a noble act of selfless dedication and lifesaving injury, which can relieve the sick and even save their lives, whose value cannot be measured by money.scientific blood donation is good for health. a 200400 ml of blood donation within only accounted for 10% of total body health, stored in the liver, spleen and other organs of blood can be released to participate in the circulation of the blood, quickly to restore blood volume, at the same time stimulate human body hematopoiesis function enhancement, beneficial to the metabolism of blood, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.unpaid blood donors use blood for free. blood donation is equivalent to a blood transfusion medical insurance. blood donors and their spouses and immediate family members receive free blood treatment. blood donation is a new kind of interpersonal relationship, which is the bridge and bond that connects people39。s friendship. it is a kind of noble humanism.young people are the main force of blood donation, a young and vigorous generation, many netizens have participated in the blood donation many times. today, we propose that more internet users join in the ranks of unpaid blood donors, and the blood you donate can save a dying life! restore the oasis of life with our love!let our life bee more noble, let our pulse beat together!!!自愿獻(xiàn)血倡議書 義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血的倡議書篇十五一、獻(xiàn)血的意義血液是拯救傷病員生命的重要物質(zhì)，至今仍無(wú)法人工制造，只能依靠人們用愛(ài)心提供。每當(dāng)人們不計(jì)報(bào)酬地獻(xiàn)出自己寶貴而有限的血液，去換取他人生命的延續(xù)或新生，我們的社會(huì)就多了一份關(guān)愛(ài)。倡導(dǎo)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血是拯救生命的需要，是社會(huì)文明和進(jìn)步的體現(xiàn)?？茖W(xué)獻(xiàn)血有益健康，一次獻(xiàn)血200400毫升，只占人體總血量的10%以內(nèi)，貯存在肝、脾等器官的血液會(huì)釋放出來(lái)參與血液循環(huán)，迅速恢復(fù)血容量，同時(shí)刺激人體造血功能增強(qiáng)，有利于血液的新陳代謝減少心血管疾病的發(fā)生。無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者累計(jì)獻(xiàn)血量超過(guò)800毫升的，終身無(wú)償享用無(wú)限量醫(yī)療用血，其配偶和直系親屬可無(wú)償享用等量的醫(yī)療用血。xx區(qū)中心血站將于近期到我鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行集中采血。在此我們發(fā)出倡議希望廣大市民朋友本著關(guān)心社會(huì)、關(guān)愛(ài)他人的精神積極參加到無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的隊(duì)伍中來(lái)，捐一份熱血、獻(xiàn)一片愛(ài)心。二、獻(xiàn)血安排：20xx年11月27日上午8點(diǎn)30：南三環(huán)和西二環(huán)交界——福華廠部辦公樓3樓三、獻(xiàn)血獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者可獲得紀(jì)念品一份。四、獻(xiàn)血注意事項(xiàng)：要適當(dāng)休息，保證充足睡眠(68小時(shí))，切勿勞累過(guò)度。在獻(xiàn)血前一天及獻(xiàn)血當(dāng)日不飲酒、不服用藥物，也不可空腹獻(xiàn)血，可吃些清淡食品，如面包、稀飯。獻(xiàn)血前適量飲水，防止血液渾濁。如實(shí)填寫獻(xiàn)血登記表，不謊報(bào)、不隱瞞既往病史。：精神放松,不要太緊張，同時(shí)配合好獻(xiàn)血服務(wù)工作人員的工作。：獻(xiàn)血后，針眼處保持4小時(shí)清潔，以防感染，在獻(xiàn)血車上休息10分鐘方可離去。要多補(bǔ)充水分，正常飲食即可，兩天內(nèi)不參加劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)(如長(zhǎng)跑)和高空作業(yè)。保證睡眠。：(1)獻(xiàn)血時(shí)無(wú)發(fā)燒等疾病癥狀。(2)男性50公斤以上，女性45公斤以上，年齡在18周歲以上。(3)半年內(nèi)沒(méi)有做手術(shù)，且三年內(nèi)沒(méi)有輸血。(4)如已有獻(xiàn)血證，獻(xiàn)血當(dāng)天請(qǐng)自帶。xx鎮(zhèn)政府20xx年11月23日
