【導讀】本標準由全國音頻、視頻及多媒體系統(tǒng)與設備標準化技術(shù)委員會歸口。本標準由數(shù)字電視接收設備標準總體協(xié)調(diào)組負責起草。方向忠、殷惠清、王匡、張漢奇、高鵬飛、趙璇、徐暉、楊曉明、汪莉、齊琪。本標準規(guī)定了數(shù)字電視相關(guān)技術(shù)和性能所涉及的名詞術(shù)語及其定義。本標準適用于衛(wèi)星、有線和地面數(shù)字電視接收及顯示設備?？山邮?、解碼數(shù)字電視信號的數(shù)字電視系統(tǒng)終端設備的統(tǒng)稱。主觀評價質(zhì)量相當于模擬電視系統(tǒng)，圖像格式為720×576，并能傳送數(shù)字聲音的電視系統(tǒng)。組成一幅圖像的全部可能亮度和色度的最小圖像單元。像素顯示時，其水平寬度與垂直高度之比。象素形狀一般為方型或長方形。對圖像信號，常稱為信源分辨力，由圖像格式?jīng)Q定，通常用水平和垂直方向的像素數(shù)表示。對成像器件而言，陰極射線管通常用中心節(jié)距表示，面陣CCD、LCD、PDP、DLP、LCoS、人眼能察覺到的電視圖像細節(jié)清晰程度，用電視線表示。只有被授權(quán)的合法用戶才能獲得相應服務的數(shù)字電視系統(tǒng)。
