甲方委托乙方代理報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)驗(yàn)時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)報(bào)關(guān)需要及時(shí)提供合法、合格、正確、齊全的報(bào)關(guān)報(bào)驗(yàn)單證并在托運(yùn)單或者相關(guān)函電中予以明示。4. 甲方委托乙方代為辦理貨物的裝箱、中轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)輸時(shí)，應(yīng)在托運(yùn)單或者相關(guān)函電中予以明示，包括代為聯(lián)系倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、裝卸、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、短駁、裝拆箱等事宜。5. 為了維護(hù)甲方的利益，乙方可以為甲方代墊代付海運(yùn)費(fèi)、內(nèi)陸運(yùn)費(fèi)、港口費(fèi)用及其他代辦費(fèi)用。上述款項(xiàng)采用包干費(fèi)或者本合同規(guī)定的其他方式由甲方支付給乙方，如遇有關(guān)費(fèi)用調(diào)整，須以書(shū)面形式向?qū)Ψ教岢?，?jīng)雙方重新商定后確認(rèn)。6. 如甲方與船公司有協(xié)議價(jià)，甲方在委托乙方向船公司訂艙時(shí)，需在書(shū)面訂艙單上注明運(yùn)價(jià)及合同號(hào)。7. 乙方在開(kāi)航當(dāng)日，根據(jù)協(xié)議收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，向甲方開(kāi)具單船人民幣費(fèi)用發(fā)票和海運(yùn)費(fèi)發(fā)票。8.
