There are many kinds of spring rolls, including dried bamboo shoots, tofu, peanut sugar, carrots, leeks, bean sprouts and so on. Grandma gave me a spring roll, put it on the skin of spring roll and rolled up. I had half eaten, and suddenly I had a good idea. Could I use seaweed to wrap the spring rolls? So, Grandpa really used to make sushi’s bamboo curtain and seaweed, and wrapped it in spring rolls to wrap up a weird sushi, a wonderful sushi!
