【正文】 r plastic bags should be provided free in shopping places. Views vary from person to person. Most students think it a timely measure against pollution. Each year China consumes a number of plastic shopping bags, causing a serious waste of resources. As plastic is difficult to break up， it does great harm to the surroundings. Besides, the regulation can also remind people to be aware of the responsibility to protect our environment. However, some students hold different opinions, saying that it doesn39。t make much sense. On one side, it is inconvenient for people to do shopping. On the other side, it only benefits shopping places, for people can still get plastic bags if they pay. In other words, the problem isn39。t solved thoroughly.Personally, the most efficient way is that shopping places should provide recyclable bags. Meanwhile, the government should lay great emphasis on educating its citizens about the protection of our environment.
