【正文】 o you make an advance payment of—amount in figures and in words to the Contractor as an advance payment thereunder.
我們(擔(dān)保人名稱)應(yīng)合同方的要求，特此開立本保函并向你方不可撤消地保證，在收到你方書面索賠通知聲明合同方未能履行上述合同有關(guān)條款時，支付給你方不超過擔(dān)保金額的款項。
NOW THEREFORE，we(name of guarantor)at the request of the Contractor hereby irrevocably issue this Advance Payment Guarantee and undertake to pay you, upon receipt of your written demand stating that the Contractor has failed to perform his obligations as stipulated in the Contract, the sum or sums not exceeding the abovementioned amount.
我們在本保函項下的擔(dān)保責(zé)任僅限于(保函金額)。
Our liability hereunder shall be limited to (the amount of guarantee).
本保函從合同方收到你方支付的上述預(yù)付款之日起生效，到(保函失效日)失效。 我們的擔(dān)保責(zé)任將隨合同方已經(jīng)支付給你方的金額而自動同比遞減。 保函到期后，請退回我們注銷。
This guarantee shall bee effective on the date the Contractor receives the aforesaid advance payment from you and shall remain valid until (the expiry date of this guarantee). The guaranteed amount shall be automatically and proportionally reduced by the amount which the Contractor has already repaid to you. Upon its expiry, please return this guarantee to us for cancellation.
