right. it is time. the topic i am going to present to you today is called “。 treasure every minute”。.
to realize the value of one year, ask a student who failed a grade.
to realize the value of one month, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
to realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
to realize the value of one hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
to realize the value of one minute, ask a person who missed the train.
to realize the value of one second, ask a person who just avoided an accident.
to realize the value of one millisecond, ask the person who won a silver medal in the olympics.
treasure every moment that you have! and treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with.
and remember that time waits for no one. yesterday is history. tomorrow is a mystery. today is a gift. thatamp。39。s why itamp。39。s called the present!! the clock is running. make the most of today.

有人說：人的一生有三天：昨天、今天和明天，這三天組成了人生的三步曲。但我說，人的一生只是由無數(shù)的今天構(gòu)成的，因?yàn)椴粫?huì)珍惜今天的人，既不會(huì)感懷昨天，也不會(huì)憧憬明天。樂觀的人，喜歡描述明天的美好前景；悲觀的人，總擔(dān)心明天會(huì)發(fā)生什么不測。但生命的內(nèi)涵只在于今天，生命是寶貴的，它是由一分一秒的時(shí)間堆積而成的，珍惜今天就是珍惜生命，荒廢了今天就是荒廢了生命。
昨天已是過眼云煙，再也無法挽留。如果在昨天，你為取得了一點(diǎn)驕人的成績而沾沾自喜，或是因?yàn)樽鲥e(cuò)了一件事情而愁眉不展，那么你就永遠(yuǎn)陷進(jìn)了昨天的泥潭里。同時(shí)，你今天的時(shí)間也會(huì)從你的沾沾自喜或愁眉不展中悄悄流逝。每個(gè)人都會(huì)乘坐“今天”這班車駛向明天，一天一個(gè)驛站，一天一處風(fēng)景，趁著明天還未到來，我們就應(yīng)抓住今天，這樣等待著你的才會(huì)是果實(shí)累累的明天。
我們不應(yīng)該在昨天尋覓什么，也不應(yīng)該向明天祈求什么，最重要的是怎樣對待今天。在這有限的時(shí)間里努力學(xué)習(xí)，抓緊今天的分分秒秒，用今天的努力去彌補(bǔ)昨天的空隙，去實(shí)現(xiàn)明天的崇高理想。
期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束，已經(jīng)成為歷史，成為了不能改變的事情，你可能受挫了，也可能失敗了，但是，“不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨怎么見彩虹。”失敗并不可怕，可怕的是認(rèn)輸。遠(yuǎn)航的水手告訴我們“風(fēng)雨中，這點(diǎn)痛算什么，擦干淚，不要問，至少我們還有夢?！蔽覀兊那啻菏菬肓业模覀兊哪繕?biāo)是明確的
聰明的人，檢查昨天，抓緊今天，規(guī)劃明天；愚蠢的人，悲嘆昨天，揮霍今天，夢幻明天。一個(gè)有價(jià)值的人生應(yīng)該是：無怨無悔的昨天，豐碩盈實(shí)的今天，充滿希望的明天。
