GEOSERVICES簽發(fā)的 質量證書正本一 份 ，副本二份。 The 80% payment pursuant to Clause shall be calculated based on the results as certified by the Certificate of Weight and Certificate of Sampling and Analysis issued by at the loading port. The amount will automatically fluctuate up or down in accordance with the Clause herein. 本合同第 款所述的 最終結算 以在 卸貨 港 CIQ 簽發(fā)的 重量證書 及 賽孚 /英斯貝克簽發(fā)的檢驗報告 /檢驗證書 所述 的 結果 計算 。 結算金額將 根據(jù) 第 款 規(guī)定的情況自動進行價格的上下調整。 Buyer shall send the photocopy of Certificate of Weight issued by CIQ at discharge port to the Seller through /fax within 15 working days after pletion of discharging. 買方需在 卸貨完畢 后 的 15 個工作日 內，通過電子郵件 /傳真向賣方提交 CIQ 在卸貨港簽發(fā)的重量證 書 的 傳真 件 。 If the Certificate of Weight issued by CIQ at discharging port are not forwarded to Seller within twenty (20) days after pletion of discharge, then the Certificate of Weight at the loading port shall be the basis of the final settlement.
