理念，課堂教要以“一本”、“兩式”、“三點”、“四以”、“五讓”的教學(xué)理念為主。“一本”即以學(xué)生為本，教師的“教”必須服務(wù)于學(xué)生的“學(xué)”；“兩式”即教學(xué)活動始終堅持啟發(fā)式和討論式；“三點”即在課堂教學(xué)活動中抓好知識點、能力點、德育點；“四以”即以教師為主導(dǎo)，以學(xué)生為主體，以訓(xùn)練為主線，以思想為中心；“五讓”即在課堂教學(xué)活動中，能讓學(xué)生觀察的讓學(xué)生觀察，能讓學(xué)生動手的讓學(xué)生動手，能讓學(xué)生總結(jié)的讓學(xué)生總結(jié)，能讓學(xué)生思考的讓學(xué)生思考，能讓學(xué)生表達的讓學(xué)生表達，倡導(dǎo)自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力。要求教師在平時教育教學(xué)工作中做到“三心、三不、三個一樣和四個喜歡”?！叭摹本褪牵捍龑W(xué)生要愛心、耐心、和信心；“三不”就是教師對待學(xué)生要不埋怨、不嫌棄、不放棄；“三個一樣”就是：對待學(xué)生要像對待自己的孩子一樣；對待工作要像對待家事一樣；對待同事要像對待親人一樣；“四個喜歡”就是：讓學(xué)生喜歡我的為人，讓學(xué)生喜歡我的上課，讓學(xué)生喜歡我的學(xué)科，讓學(xué)生喜歡與我研究問題。對于課程改革環(huán)境下的教師，光有一桶水是不夠的，教師擁有自來水。在工作中，我深知學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，抓住一切機會認真學(xué)習(xí)，在不斷學(xué)習(xí)、不斷實踐中不斷提高自己的教育教學(xué)水平及教學(xué)管理水平。在，虛心、主動地向?qū)W習(xí)信息技術(shù)，豐富教學(xué)手段抓住學(xué)校安排外出聽課的機會，虛心學(xué)習(xí)，不恥下問，及時消化，吸取別人的精華，在自己的教學(xué)中斷實踐，不斷總結(jié)，不斷提高。平時向書本學(xué)習(xí)、向身邊有經(jīng)驗的老師學(xué)習(xí)，提高自己的課堂教學(xué)，在年中，我不僅在業(yè)務(wù)能力上，還是在教育教學(xué)上都有了一定的提高。四、在分管工作上，服從安排，積極主動在的情況下。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指引、支持下，學(xué)科常規(guī)性競賽在各位老師的努力下有條不紊地開展。分管工作思路清晰，做到期初進行合理計劃，實施過程抓落實，及時反思小結(jié)，期末總結(jié)。為了扎實地推進新課程，我盡量抽出時間，按照計劃，落實調(diào)研工作，及時與教師探討、交流。能積極的配合上課教師作好前準備工作，能幫助教師修改論文案例。學(xué)生學(xué)科競賽也能盡自己的力量，進行導(dǎo)。無論是環(huán)境還是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師都給人一種寬松、和諧、民主、團結(jié)的好感，所以在這樣的集體中工作雖然有時任務(wù)較重，但心理上還是比較輕松、愉快的，所以工作上比較主動，希望自己能最大限度地為學(xué)校的建設(shè)獻出微弱的力量。平時能及時把工作情況、問題、困難向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請示、匯報。同志之間能做到顧全大局，服從安排，互相關(guān)心，互相幫助，互相溝通。提高素養(yǎng)，加強計劃落實在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師的大力支持、幫助下，在這學(xué)期但是在不斷的工作實踐中，深深地認識到，課程的改革需要不斷的加強學(xué)習(xí)、反思，提高自身的素養(yǎng)。在條線管理中也暴露出不足，如何做到科學(xué)計劃、科學(xué)落實、科學(xué)評價學(xué)生和教師，如何作好條線管理，這些還需不斷地努力批評。教學(xué)質(zhì)量是學(xué)校的生命線。認真抓好教學(xué)工作，一直是他工作的重中之重。他積極組織教師學(xué)習(xí)新課標，更新教學(xué)理念，轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念，改變教學(xué)方法，讓思維教學(xué)代替記憶教學(xué)。他堅持課堂教學(xué)改革，實行科研興課，鼓勵教師積極參與教科研工作，以科研促教學(xué)。x 年經(jīng)過他的培養(yǎng)，有4 位同志參加了中青年課堂教學(xué)競賽，其中三人獲得獎勵。他狠抓常規(guī)教學(xué)，聽課、評課、作業(yè)評比、教案檢查等各項教研活動貫穿每個學(xué)期，每學(xué)期都堅持對教師的教案、作業(yè)批改進行 3—4 次檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題認真糾正，促進了教師認真?zhèn)浜谜n，有效實施課堂教學(xué)，認真批改作業(yè)，確保圓滿完成各學(xué)期的各項教育教學(xué)工作。他堅持走向課堂，認真聽課，和教師探討課堂教學(xué)的好方法，促進課堂教學(xué)改革，提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量。通過努力工作，狠抓常規(guī)教學(xué)，學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作取得了優(yōu)異的成績。近三年以來，學(xué)校的教學(xué)成績意志排在農(nóng)村學(xué)校的前列。尤其是教研室統(tǒng)考的年級，每次都有科目排上名次。驕人的成績，一直得到上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評，并產(chǎn)生廣泛的社會好影響。Delegates,
