【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 。單擊 “ 確定 ” ，添加完畢。 刪除之前要查詢車牌號是否存在，如果查到記錄再刪除。沒查到系統(tǒng)提示“查無記錄！”。 修改之前也要查詢車牌號是否存在，如果存在，系統(tǒng)會自動列出該車牌號的相關(guān)信息，再單擊 “ 修改 ” 項，系統(tǒng)提示 “ 確認修改嗎 ” ，如果要修改記錄，那么就可以把該界面的信息修改。 如果不輸入車牌號就查詢，系統(tǒng)提示 “ 此記錄無法修改 ” 。 如果添加－刪除－修改全部做完，可以單擊 “ 退出 ” 項，返回到主界面。 操作員的密碼更改 單擊主界面上方的 “ 鑰匙 ” 圖標，進入 “ 密碼更改 ” 界面。選擇操作員名稱，輸入該操作員的原密碼。密碼正確才可以修改，把新密碼輸入到 “ 新密碼 ” 中，再在 “ 確定密碼 ” 中輸入相同的密碼。如果您輸入原密碼錯誤時，系統(tǒng)會自動提示您 “ 密碼錯誤，請重新輸入，您只有三次機會 ” ；如果輸入三次密碼都是錯誤的，系統(tǒng)自動退出該界面，返回主界面。 打印 單擊主界面上方的 “ 打印機 ” 圖標，進入 “ 打印 ” 界面。在打印之前，也必須輸入車牌號進行查詢。如果沒有該記錄，系統(tǒng)提示 “ 查無此記錄 ” 。說明這個車牌號不存在，需要重新添加；如果查到該記錄，系統(tǒng)自動提示 “ 單位（姓 名）、車型、噸位（定員） ” ，然后需要操作員添加 “ 定額管理費 ” 和 “ 工本費 ” 、 “ 收款人 ” ，還有一定要把日期添好，而且開始日期應(yīng)小于結(jié)束日期。如果開始日期不小于結(jié)束日期，系統(tǒng)提示 “ 開始日期應(yīng)小于結(jié)束日期 ” 。然后才可以打印。 查詢 單擊主界面上方的 ―望遠鏡 ‖圖標，進入 ―查詢 ‖界面。在該查詢系統(tǒng)中包括：單項查詢和組合查詢。在左面的下拉框中選擇您要查詢的車輛基本信息；中間的下拉框選擇條件，右邊的文本框是您想查詢的條件。 在單項查詢中，當(dāng)您選擇 ―顏色＝黑色 ― 后，單擊條件，在文本框中顯示 ―顏色＝％黑色％ ‖，然后單擊 ―確定查詢 ‖，將顯示滿足條件的所有記錄。如果不顯示記錄，說明數(shù)據(jù)庫中沒有滿足該條件的記錄。 在組合查詢中，當(dāng)您選擇 ―顏色＝黑色 ― 后，單擊條件，在文本框中顯示 ―顏色＝％黑色％ ‖，同時又要選擇 ―車型＝寶馬 ‖的條件，那么單擊 ―并且 ‖后再單擊 ―確定查詢 ‖，將顯示同時滿足兩個條件的所有記錄。如果不顯示記錄，說明數(shù)據(jù)庫中沒有滿足該條件的記錄。單擊 ―或者 ‖后，再單擊 ―確定查詢 ‖，將顯示滿足其中一個條件的所有記錄。如果不顯示記錄，說明數(shù)據(jù)庫中沒有滿足該條件的記錄。 如果想重新查詢，單擊 ―清空 ‖，指把所有剛才輸入的條件全部清空，然后再重新輸入新的條件，退出返回主界面。 第五章 結(jié)束語 計算機技術(shù)發(fā)展至今，以給各個領(lǐng)域帶來了巨大的變化。本文詳細介紹了《車輛管理系統(tǒng)》具體功能的實現(xiàn)。 這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計，通過開發(fā)《車輛管理系統(tǒng)》，進一步了解和實踐了軟件開發(fā)的各個環(huán)節(jié)和步驟，掌握了一些開發(fā)方法，積累了一些經(jīng)驗。由于時間和能力所限，致使本設(shè)計存在不完善之處，離設(shè)計之初的構(gòu)想還有差距。通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計，四年中所學(xué)的各門功課的知識得到了綜合應(yīng)用，加深了對所學(xué)知識的理解，同時也培養(yǎng) 了刻苦鉆研、不怕困難的精神，這些都是將來學(xué)習(xí)工作中的一筆最寶貴的財富?？傊?，這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計我受益匪淺，學(xué)到的知識也頗多，可以說這次設(shè)計學(xué)習(xí)是對自己的三年大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活的檢驗，以前從書本上學(xué)不到的東西在這次設(shè)計中我學(xué)到了，設(shè)計使我對軟件開發(fā)有了初步的認識同時也增強了我走入社會，為社會服務(wù)的信心。 此次設(shè)計對于我個人今后的實際工作也將大有裨益。同時在這里對耐心指導(dǎo)我的老師表示誠摯的感謝。最后祝所有的答辯老師和指導(dǎo)老師工作順利！ 參 考 文 獻 1. 張海藩 . 軟件工程導(dǎo)論 . 清華大學(xué)出版社 . 1999年 2月 2. 李懷明、 駱原、 王育新 .
