【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 不已，聲音也有些異樣。到我終于講完下來，我的內(nèi)心充滿了沮喪，明明我可以講的更好的，卻因為膽怯做的不夠完美，不能把自己真實的水平發(fā)揮出來。還有一件事就發(fā)生在年前，那次段領(lǐng)導(dǎo)找我，讓我上一節(jié)“問題生成課”的示范課。我猶豫了一下答應(yīng)了下來。對這個課型我是非常熟悉的，因為學(xué)習(xí)競業(yè)園，我們已經(jīng)走過了一年半的時間，這之間我們從迷茫到實踐，可謂是摸著石頭過河，經(jīng)過了太多的摸爬滾打，但一些課型駕駑的還不是游刃有余。我就是在這樣的背景下接下這個任務(wù)的。課前我做了大量的準(zhǔn)備：培訓(xùn)學(xué)科長（因為這兩個班我剛接手兩個月時間，許多時候同學(xué)們還不能達(dá)到我的要求，缺少默契。）認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、查閱之前在競業(yè)園時所記的筆記等。那了那天，同學(xué)們個個精神抖擻，課堂表現(xiàn)積極，補(bǔ)充和拓展都很到位。相對而言，我的表現(xiàn)就有點差強(qiáng)人意，因為在圖書館里講課，我要適應(yīng)場地，手拿課本，還要拿評價單，又要拿多媒體播放用的筆，最要命的，因擔(dān)心場地大學(xué)生聽不清，我還手拿了一個話筒，當(dāng)我的聲音從話筒里傳出來時，我的心一下就亂了。后來，我干脆扔掉了話筒，才算緩過神來，但最終這節(jié)課沒有達(dá)到我預(yù)期的效果。假期里面，我開始認(rèn)真反思自己，為什么從教這么多年，也算是走南闖北，見過很多場面，為什么一到正式場合就會緊張，不能把自己最好的一面發(fā)揮出來呢。認(rèn)真反思，我發(fā)現(xiàn)，其時是因為我這些年來，鍛練的不夠，許多時候都是在一個小舞臺上走動，沒有經(jīng)過大的場面，練的太少，自信不夠。我終于找到癥結(jié)所在了。痛定思痛，想一想我的同學(xué)們?，F(xiàn)在的這些孩子，要么是在下面夸夸其談，到展講時卻又鴉雀無聲，或者是有些同學(xué)終于能勇敢地站在講臺上，卻又不能很好的表達(dá)自己自己的意愿，詞不達(dá)意。究其根本，就在于這些孩子鍛練的太少，沒有經(jīng)過很系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練。我不想他們走我的老路。作為一名語文老師，不僅要教給孩子知識，教他們作文，還要教他們學(xué)會說話，學(xué)會準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)自己的觀點，并且要敢于卻表達(dá)自己的觀點。于是，我想，這一學(xué)期，我要做這一件大事，除了完成正常的教學(xué)任務(wù)之外的另一件大事，就是要為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一個去表達(dá)他們觀點的舞臺，讓他們能盡情去展示自己，不僅是鍛練口才更是鍛練膽量?？墒侨绾巫瞿兀旁谑裁磿r間合適呢？課堂上是不允許的，因為這學(xué)期本來就短，我們又減少了一節(jié)語文課，我們的課程安排，僅可以完成自己的教學(xué)任務(wù)。放到自習(xí)課呢，八年級的學(xué)生作業(yè)很多，而且兩個班級不好安排。第三篇：英語課前三分鐘演講PPT媽媽給了哈里兩個蘋果，一個大一點，另一個小點兒。跟妹妹分著吃。媽媽說。所以，哈里就把小個的給了妹妹，自己開始啃那個大個的。哼，妹妹說，如果媽媽給了我，我會把大的給你，把小的留給自己的。對呀，哈里說，你拿到的不就是小的嗎？還著什么急呀？英語笑話：要求加薪 asking for a raiseat the radio station where i worked, the manager called me into his office to preview a new soundeffects package we were considering closed the door so we wouldnt bother people in the outer listening to a few routine sound effects, we started playing around with low moans, maniacal（瘋狂的）screams, hysterical（歇斯底里的）laughter, pleading and i finally opened the door and passed the managers secretary, she looked up and inquired, asking for a raise again?
