And it is important.初中英語演講稿5各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo),各位來賓:熱忱歡迎你們的到來,共同研討交流英語課的教學(xué),提升我市英語學(xué)科的備考教學(xué)水平。在此,我代表豐收學(xué)校全體師生員工,感謝市教科中心對我校的厚愛,給了我校一個和兄弟學(xué)校之間相互交流學(xué)習(xí)共同提高的機(jī)會,并請各位多多包涵我校由于自身?xiàng)l件的制約而帶來的諸多服務(wù)不周的地方。同兄弟學(xué)校備考措施比較起來,豐收學(xué)校算不上優(yōu)秀,也還存在一定的差距。受市教科中心董老師的委派,要在這里談備考經(jīng)驗(yàn),實(shí)有班門弄斧之嫌,因?yàn)槲覀円仓皇亲隽艘恍?yīng)該做的工作。下面就我校英語學(xué)科在過去的一年里,在備考方面的一些粗淺做法和膚淺認(rèn)識向在座的各位作一下匯報(bào)。一、細(xì)化到人,確立目標(biāo)。歷年來,豐收學(xué)校招收的初中新生中,較優(yōu)秀的很少,有的甚至幾乎為零,給初中教師的教學(xué)增加了不小的阻力和困難。20xx年秋,學(xué)校共招生4個班。通過2年的教學(xué),在20xx年春的八年級英語抽考中,獲得了好成績,給了我們莫大的鼓舞,也讓我們看到了希望。升入九年級后,我們仔細(xì)地分析學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀,制定出這一年的奮斗目標(biāo)。確保30人以上優(yōu)分,80人以上及格,低分控制在每班4人左右,整體位次往前推進(jìn)2名。一年來,我們一直向這一目標(biāo)奮進(jìn)。在荊州市的兩次質(zhì)檢中獲得了在松滋市近30所初中前三分之一位次的好成績,20xx年中考成績揭曉后,我們認(rèn)真地比照數(shù)據(jù),也都達(dá)到了我們期初設(shè)定的目標(biāo)。二、分類落實(shí),達(dá)成目標(biāo)??v觀豐收學(xué)校的歷年中考備考,老師們都很努力,但效果卻不是很理想。究其原因,主要是尾巴太重,也就是低分多。低分多了,不僅影響低分控制率,還對平均分有很大的影響,更要命的是它直接影響教師的工作熱情和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,進(jìn)而牽扯到課堂紀(jì)律。一年來,我們不遺余力地打一場殲滅低分備考戰(zhàn)。從以下方面著手:要求學(xué)生練字,減少不必要的丟分。得低分的學(xué)生大都字跡潦草,辨認(rèn)不清。根據(jù)這一實(shí)際,我們要求學(xué)生每周練字兩次,每次以作業(yè)本一面的量為宜,教師全批全評,一周一小結(jié),一月一總結(jié)。通過練字,學(xué)生的書寫速度與卷面整潔度都有較大提升。落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)知識,提高基本技能。英語成績不穩(wěn)定的同學(xué)都有個通病,基本短語記不牢,句型結(jié)構(gòu)易混淆。針對這一情況,我們把考綱要求的短語詞匯分類匯編成兩套或多套下發(fā),一套供學(xué)生閱讀識記,一套供學(xué)生檢查過關(guān)。此外,我們還要求學(xué)生在備考復(fù)習(xí)中做筆記,做作業(yè),對學(xué)生在訓(xùn)練檢測中涉及到的短語搭配、句型結(jié)構(gòu)方面的錯誤,不僅要重做,還要寫清楚理由。通過這一形式,學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)逐步穩(wěn)固了,成績逐漸提高了,自信心也就慢慢上來了。改革書面表達(dá)訓(xùn)練方式,提高應(yīng)試技巧。害怕寫書面表達(dá),是大多數(shù)學(xué)生的通病。有的確實(shí)是基礎(chǔ)差,難以動筆;有的是因?yàn)樾睦砩显?,害怕寫錯。對此,我們采取:①鼓勵學(xué)生動筆寫,能寫對一個要點(diǎn)就是勝利。②指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會自己修改書面表達(dá)。每次考試后,將不同層次的學(xué)生書面表達(dá)34篇匯總后印發(fā),找出里面的錯誤進(jìn)行集中修改訂正,給出分?jǐn)?shù)。修改完畢后,再告知作者,并指出哪些錯誤是可以變通避免的,怎樣做還可以多得1分等,讓他們覺得自己也是行的。③根據(jù)考綱要求的話題,我們精心組織了29篇英語書面表達(dá)范文印發(fā)給學(xué)生背誦,讓他們在考試中套用仿寫。事實(shí)表明,我們的方法很湊效,考試中,書面表達(dá)題不動筆的幾乎沒有,最差的學(xué)生都能得34分,有的學(xué)生在考試中甚至優(yōu)先完成書面表達(dá)題。三、團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作,提升目標(biāo)。到了九年級,學(xué)生基本定型,偏科現(xiàn)象日益顯現(xiàn)。有的學(xué)生對于某一學(xué)科的喜好,認(rèn)真度甚至取決于(他)她對這一學(xué)科教師的好感。因而學(xué)科教師獲得學(xué)生的信任,對于提升本學(xué)科的質(zhì)量有不可輕視的作用。由于諸多方面原因,學(xué)生每升一級,學(xué)校都要對學(xué)生重新洗牌編班。三年下來,教師基本都認(rèn)識全校的大部分學(xué)生。一年里,我們不僅在備考研究中,發(fā)
