【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 fficers, employees, stockholders, partners, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, lawsuits, contracts, agreements, rights, debts, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, costs and expenses of every kind or nature whatsoever (“Claims”), whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, at law, in equity or otherwise, that such waiving party may now have, has ever had or may hereafter have against any of the Released Parties on account of, arising out of or relating to the Consultancy Services Agreement.二、免責本協(xié)議當事人各方就此永久性免除并放棄對于對方當事人及其總監(jiān)、管理人員、雇員、股東、合伙人、成員、子公司、附屬公司、代理商、代表處、債權(quán)受讓方、債務承擔方等（統(tǒng)稱為“免責方”），以訴訟、衡平或任何其它方式，提出任何與咨詢服務協(xié)議相關(guān)，已知或未知、已察覺或未察覺的任何賠償請求、要求、起訴、合同、協(xié)議、權(quán)利、債權(quán)、義務、債務、損害、損失、費用等（統(tǒng)稱為“權(quán)利主張”）。 Covenant Not to Sue.
