Publicity of administration (PA) is inescapable in the system. The execution of PA not only enables the public to know the government, but also plays an important role in pushing forward the development of democracy of China’s society. This thesis expounds the situation of PA in China, points out certain problems in the system and shows the importance of a proper system for the development of China’s economy. In fact, PA assists the government to administrate the society and to serve the civics. Since the civics give authority to the government, they have the right to administrate public life indirectly and supervise the government to execute the power. From this point of view, corresponding anization can ensure democracy for the society and PA consolidates the power of our country in that it defines the notion that the civics are the owner of the country. At last, this thesis put forward some advice on perfecting the system of PA. The thesis contains six parts. The first part is an introduction。 the second part presents the situation of PA in China。 the third part points out some problems。 the fourth part gives some advice on perfecting PA。 the fifth part mainly demonstrates the purpose to establish and to perfect PA。 and the last part is a conclusion.
