Mr. Taylor is able to walk independently with distant supervision. He has a flaccid left arm, with some swelling in the hand and pain in his shoulder. Mr. Taylor’s main area of difficulty is in cognition. No behavioral problems are noted。 however, Mr. Taylor does seem to have signs of depression. Mr. Taylor has been advised by he physiatrist not to drive after his release from hospital.Social history amp。 family issuesMr. Taylor lives with his wife and the youngest of their three children, Sally, who is 20 years old. Mrs. Taylor works part time at the local school as a secretaryreceptionist.
