【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 了自己的解釋，從不同的角度探討了自由化影響產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)出水平的機(jī)制。然而，既有的解釋存在如下不足：提供了現(xiàn)實世界中不同于“歐美”的又一個典型范例。對于資本流動、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度等因素影響轉(zhuǎn)軌國家經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的機(jī)制，只是從一般意義上進(jìn)行了闡述，至于這些因素如何以一種特殊的方式影響和決定著轉(zhuǎn)軌國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)績效，則缺少挖掘?！芭菽?jīng)濟(jì)”崩潰以后，日本再度成為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，同時也為人們提供了一個從新的視角對日本經(jīng)濟(jì)職能問題進(jìn)行深度探討的時機(jī)。本文重在考察不同的改革方式怎樣改變了企業(yè)的選擇空間和約束條件，來考察產(chǎn)出水平的決定——從轉(zhuǎn)軌國家產(chǎn)品價格與要素價格相背離的事實出發(fā)，把（產(chǎn)業(yè)）結(jié)構(gòu)因素納入分析框架，根據(jù)需求曲線和成本曲線的變化，解原始的利潤最大化問題，來考察不同的價格和貿(mào)易自由化方式怎樣影響和決定著產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)出水平，從中給出轉(zhuǎn)軌國家經(jīng)濟(jì)績效及其差異一個解釋，并對既有文獻(xiàn)的上述不足進(jìn)行一定程度的克服。政府經(jīng)濟(jì)職能的范圍以及政府經(jīng)濟(jì)職能的履行等都應(yīng)該進(jìn)行相應(yīng)地調(diào)整。與此同時，即便是在給定的社會需求的條件下，政府的作用也是雙元的。政府在履行某種經(jīng)濟(jì)職能的過程中，由于自身的局限性和難以抑制的“自我擴(kuò)張”等因素的存在，政府在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時，也會為經(jīng)濟(jì)的長期持續(xù)發(fā)展遺留下許多隱患。因此，政府經(jīng)濟(jì)職能的履……小4號黑體小4號宋體關(guān)鍵詞： 美國 政府 經(jīng)濟(jì)績效 研究Ⅰ3號times new roman 加黑小4號times new roman ABSTRACT The issue about government economic function, which takes an important part in the research on the economic doctrine history and economic theory, is a very important and interesting theme. Japan provides an example that is different from the European countries and the . as a successful postdeveloped country. Distinct economic function and policy characteristic contribute to the success of Japanese economy and affect the economic policies of many other countries deeply. In another words, Japan is a laboratory of postdeveloped countries ’ realizing economic ‘catching up with and surpassing’ and a practice and test agent of government interference theory. The collapse of ‘ foam economy’ makes Japan the focus of research of economy as well as provides an opportunity to discuss Japanese government function from a new angle of view.This thesis expounds the ‘condition theorem’ of performing government function and ‘dualism’ about government function as well as forms the logical thinking and theoretical analytical framework to examine historically Japanese government func tion of different stages according to the b of related theory about government economic function and confining the scope of government economic function.
