【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 明，產(chǎn)地證，裝船通知，商檢證等以及其他申請人要求的證明等。如果是以CFR或CIF成交，那么要求對方出具的提單為“運費已付“【freight prepaid】；如果是以FOB成交，那么要求對方出具的提單為“運費到付“【freight collect】；如果按CIF成交，申請人應(yīng)要求受益人提供保險單，且注意保險險別，賠付地應(yīng)要求在到貨港。匯票的付款人應(yīng)為開證行或指定的付款行，不可規(guī)定為開證申請人，否則被視作額外單據(jù)。1.
