【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 can’ t miss two weeks of 憾，但我不能落下兩周的功課。 (M4 P26) 【 透析 】 “so ＋助動(dòng)詞 /be動(dòng)詞 /情態(tài)動(dòng)詞＋主語 ” 意為“ ?? 也一樣 ” ，表示前面所述的情況也適合于后面的人或事物，謂語與后面的人稱和數(shù)保持一致。這里指的不是同一個(gè)人。如： Mary can dance beautifully， and so can her ，她的妹妹也是。 【 注意 】 若前面所述情況為否定，則用 neither或 nor引出倒裝句。如：① He couldn’t do it ， and neither could ，她也做不了。② He never es do I．他從不遲到，我也從不遲到。 【 拓展 】 “so ＋主語＋助動(dòng)詞 /be動(dòng)詞 /情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 ” 意為 “ 的確如此，確實(shí)是這樣 ” ，用陳述語序強(qiáng)調(diào)對方所說屬實(shí)。這里指的是同一個(gè)人。如： — He went to see his friend 。 — So he 。 考點(diǎn) 5 order 的用法， so...that...的用法 I became so bored with their orders that I wished they would leave me ，以至于我希望他們不要管我。 (M4 P28) 【 透析 】 (1)order作名詞，意為 “ 命令；指示 ” 。常用短語： in order意為 “ 有順序的；有次序的 ” ； out of order意為 “ 雜亂無章的 ” ； take one’s order 意為 “ 點(diǎn)菜 ” 。 order也可作動(dòng)詞，意為 “ 命令，預(yù)定 ” ，其后可接 that從句，從句要用虛擬語氣，即謂語動(dòng)詞用 “ should＋動(dòng)詞原形 ” ， should可以省略。如： The judge ordered that the man (should) be 釋放。 (2)so...that...意為 “ 如此 ?? 以至于 ??” ，常用來引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語從句， so后跟形容詞或副詞的原級。當(dāng) so...that...引導(dǎo)的結(jié)果狀語從句為否定句時(shí)， so...that...可替換為 too...to...結(jié)構(gòu)；當(dāng) so...that...引導(dǎo)的結(jié)果狀語從句為肯定句時(shí)，so...that...可轉(zhuǎn)換為． ..enough to...結(jié)構(gòu)。如：① This problem is so difficult that I can’t work it out.＝ This problem is too difficult for me to work ，以至于我不能解決。 ② The box is so light that he can carry it.＝ The box is light enough for him to carry.這個(gè)箱子如此輕，以至于他能夠搬動(dòng)。 【 拓展 】 such...that...的用法： such...that...表示 “ 如此 ?? 以至于 ??” ，但 such后面跟名詞或名詞性短語，引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語從句。如： It is such a wonderful movie that I want to see it 彩的電影，以至于我想再看一遍。 【 助記 】 名前 such，形副 so，多多少少也用 so，little屬特殊， “ 小 ” 用 such， “ 少 ” 用 so。 關(guān)聯(lián)語法鏈接 ? 原因、目的、結(jié)果和讓步狀語從句 見 P148 考點(diǎn)即時(shí) 運(yùn)用 一、翻譯句子 用括號內(nèi)所給的詞或短語，將下列句子譯成英語。 1． [考點(diǎn) 5]他是如此好的一位老師，我們都喜歡他。(such...that) __________________________________________________ 2． [考點(diǎn) 2]在那次戰(zhàn)爭中，許多人為國捐軀。 (die for) __________________________________________________ 3． [考點(diǎn) 1]無論他說什么，我都不會相信他。 (whatever) __________________________________________________ He’ s such a good teacher that we all like him.
