【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 credited as DEPRAG elects. Charges will not be allowed for labor or expenses incident to the repair or replacement of the invoiced DEPRAG product. 德派將為全產(chǎn)品系列提供制造工藝缺陷和產(chǎn)品材料缺陷方面的質(zhì)量保證體系。質(zhì)保期為12個月，按終驗收結(jié)束之日起算【單班操作；不含設(shè)備消耗品】，同時依據(jù)缺陷產(chǎn)品的發(fā)票列明金額提供對應(yīng)的質(zhì)保服務(wù)。 我們將針對出現(xiàn)該類缺陷的產(chǎn)品提供維修，更換或退還同等價值的費用的服務(wù)。對于已經(jīng)開具發(fā)票的德派產(chǎn)品，我們確保不向客戶征收因以上原因?qū)е碌膶υ擃惍a(chǎn)品進(jìn)行維修或更換的人工和材料成本費用。 Product insurance:產(chǎn)品保險:In order to cover any potential loss and/or damage to our customers as well as to DEPRAG, we have carried out the policy of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including Public Liability and Products Liability coverage, on an occurrence basis with limits of EUR1,000,000 per occurrence/in aggregate, which covers our Legal Liability to any third parties arising from our operation and/or our sold, supplied, distributed repaired products.為了保障可能對我們客戶造成的任何損失或損害，同時也為了保障我們自身的利益，德派已投保了包括公眾責(zé)任險及產(chǎn)品責(zé)任險的綜合責(zé)任保險單。該保單基于期內(nèi)發(fā)生制的索賠形式，責(zé)任限額為“ 每次事故及全年累計賠償 EUR1,000,000”。保障因我們經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生意外事故、或因我們生產(chǎn)、出售、分銷及修理的產(chǎn)品造成使用、消費或操作該產(chǎn)品或商品的人或其它任何人的人身傷害或財產(chǎn)損失所依法應(yīng)由承擔(dān)之賠償責(zé)任。We would like to point out, however, that any indirect or consequential loss and/or damages (. profits, production rates, capital cost or cost arising from factorydown time) are not covered. Also when the supplier made partial deliveries or has to pay or make other services (according to the order confirmation) like shipping cost and installation.歐元合同中貨物風(fēng)險在交付貨物離開供貨方工廠時完成轉(zhuǎn)移。本規(guī)定亦適用于供貨方部分交貨，或（根據(jù)訂單確認(rèn)書）必須支付裝運費用或提供其他安裝等服務(wù)的情況。2 For RMB contract, the transfer of perils is fulfilled when the delivery item arrives at the plant gate of the customer. Also when the supplier made partial deliveries or has to pay or make other services (according to the order confirmation) like shipping cost and installation.5 / 7人民幣合同中貨物風(fēng)險在交付貨物到達(dá)客戶工廠門口時完成轉(zhuǎn)移。本規(guī)定亦適用于供貨方部分交貨，或（根據(jù)訂單確認(rèn)書）必須支付裝運費用或提供其他安裝等服務(wù)的情況。3 Partial deliveries are acceptable as far as it is reasonable.合理的分批交付應(yīng)可以接受。Retention of title:所有權(quán)保留：1 The supplier beholds the ownership of the supplying part till the buyer transfers the last payment. 在買方支付最后貨款之前供貨方保留所供應(yīng)貨物的所有權(quán)。 2 The supplier is authorized to make an insurance to protect the supplying part against thievery, breaking, fire, water and other damages as far as the buyer didn’t make insurance.如果買方未安排保險，供貨方有權(quán)為所供應(yīng)的貨物投保，以保護(hù)貨物免于遭受因為盜竊、破損、火災(zāi)、水災(zāi)以及其他破壞而造成的損失。 3 The buyer is not allowed to mortgage or dispo
