【文章內容簡介】 partofthesuminsuredonthepletepairorset.5.intheeventofanylossoccurrence,thepanyshallalsopaytheinsuredfortheexpensesreasonablyincurredfortakingnecessarymeasurestominimizelossordamagetotheleastextent,butinnocaseshallsuchexpensesreferredheretoexceedthesuminsuredoftheinsuredproperty.6.uponsettlementofaclaim,anendorsementshallbeissuedbythepanytoreducethesuminsuredcorrespondingtothepropertylostordamagedbytheamountsosettledfromthedateofloss,andnopremiumshallberefundedfortheamountsoreduced.ifreinstatementofthesuminsuredisrequiredbytheinsureduponsettlementoftheclaim,anadditionalpremiumforthereinstatedamountshallbechargedatanagreedrate,andbecalculatedonproratadailybasisfromthedateoflosstotheexpiryoftheinsurance.7.thetimeofvalidityofaclaimunderthisinsuranceshallnotexceedaperiodoftwoyearcountingfromthedateofloss.v.insuredsobligationsthefollowingobligationsshallbestrictlyfulfilledbytheinsuredandhisrepresentative:1.theinsuredandhisrepresentative,whenapplyingforinsuranceshallmaketrueanswersordescriptionstothequestionsintheproposalandquestionnaireortoanyotherquestionsraisedbythepany.2.theinsuredandhisrepresentativeshallpaytothepanyinduecoursetheagreedpremiuminthemannerasprovidedinthescheduleandendorsements.3.duringtheperiodofthisinsurance,theinsuredshallathisownexpensetakeallreasonableprecautions,includingpayingsufficientattentiontoandputtingintopracticethereasonableremendationsofthepany,prudentlyselectingtheworkmenandemployeesandplyingwithallstatutoryregulationsandsafetyoperationprocedures.4.intheeventofanyoccurrencewhichgivesormightgiverisetoaclaimunderthispolicy,theinsuredorhisrepresentativeshall:notifythepanyimmediatelyandwithinseven(7)daysoranyfurtherperiodasmaybeagreedbythepanyinwriting,furnishawrittenreporttoindicatethecourse,probablereasonandextentoflossordamage。takeallnecessarymeasurestoavoidaggravationofthelossordamageandminimizeittotheleastextent。preservethespotaffectedanddefectivepartsbeforeaninspectioniscarriedoutbyarepresentativeorsurveyorfromthepany。furnishallsuchinformationanddocumentaryevidenceasthepanymayrequireforsupportingtheclaim.vi.generalconditions1.policyeffectthedueobservanceandfulfilmentofthetermsandconditionsofthispolicyinsofarastheyrelatetoanythingtobedoneorpliedwithby
