Buyer shall made payments based on Seller’s Commercial Invoice by Swift Wire Transfer from Buyer’s bank to Seller’s bank directly via standard D/P (document against payment) procedures within three – five (3 5) international banking days after SGS/CIQ Q amp。 Q Reports issued and receipt of all original documents for payment including transfer of title document.
