【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 Party B. 第四條 如被指派律師因故不能履行職務(wù)時，經(jīng)甲 方同意，可由乙方另派律師接替其職務(wù)。 Article IV If the designated layer is not capable to perform his/her duty for undesirable episode, Party B may designate another lawyer to take over the duties based on the agreement of Party A. 第五條 甲方應(yīng)真實地向乙方律師敘述案情，并保證所提供的本案證據(jù)和相關(guān)線索的真實性。乙方接 受委托后，如發(fā)現(xiàn)甲方捏造事實、弄虛作假，乙方有權(quán)終止履行本合同，依本合同所收的律師費用不予退還并有權(quán)要求甲方支付約定的其他未付律師費；因甲方的虛假陳述導(dǎo)致的一切法律責(zé)任，由甲方承擔(dān)。 Article V Party A shall report the details of the case accurately to the lawyer of Party B and ensure the authenticity of the evidences and related clues of the case provided by Party A.
