The pressure shall be increased gradually in steps providing sufficient time to allow the piping to equalize Strains and to check leaks 對于 氣壓試驗 ，試驗區(qū)域在試壓前應清理干凈，原則上該試驗只在周末進行因為此時現(xiàn)場人員較少。只有與壓力試驗相關的人員被授權在試驗區(qū)域參加氣壓試驗。在通道、樓梯口和管廊下面需要設置警示標識，系統(tǒng)最初加壓最大至 170 KPa，發(fā)現(xiàn)泄漏卸壓修理并再次試壓。人員從該區(qū)域退出后，逐步升壓至要求的 壓力（每次 170 KPa 或試驗壓力的 10%）并提供足夠的時間允許管道補償應變，只有在管道壓力不再增加時才能檢查管道系統(tǒng)，對所有的焊接接頭、法蘭連接接頭或螺紋連接接頭用肥皂泡檢查泄漏，肥皂應是商業(yè)上專門用來進行泄漏探查的。壓力試驗應維持足夠的時間（不能小于 10 分鐘）確定是否有泄漏，承包商在向授權檢驗員發(fā)出通知后壓力維持時間沒必要超過 2 小時。任何泄漏都應先卸壓后維修再重新試壓，當正在試壓的系統(tǒng)壓力升至 Mpa 以上后不應對螺栓再進行緊固，試驗溫度不應小于 15176。 C，對于奧氏體不銹鋼試驗溫度可以降至 5176。 C。 For Pneumatic leak tests, the test area shall be cleared before bringing the system up to pressure. In principle tests shall only be conducted during weekends when fewer personnel are present. Only pressure test related personnel is authorized to attend those pneumatic tests within the test yard. Warning signs need to be set up at passage ways, stair cases and underneath pipe racks. Pressurize the system initially to 170 KPa maximum. Release pressure and repair any leaks found and retest. With personnel vacated from the area, increase the pressure to that required by in several steps (of 170KPa or 10% of test pressure), providing sufficient time to allow the piping to equalize strains. The piping system shall be examined only when the pressure in it is not increasing. All joints welded, flanged or screwed shall then be swabbed with soap solution and checked for leaks. Soap shall be a mercial preparation made specifically for leak detection. The pressure test shall be maintained for sufficient time to determine if there are any leaks but not less than 10 minutes. Contractor is not required to maintain test pressure in excess of 2 hours after notification of the Authorized Inspector. Release pressure and repair any leaks and retest. Bolting shall not be tightened while systems being tested are pressured above MPa. Test temperature shall not be less than 15176。C. However, for pressed gas systems the initial increment shall not exceed 170 KPa. Application of the test fluid to the piping system shall be through a valve opened slightly to minimize damage in the event of a piping failure. The pressure shall be maintained for sufficient time to determine if there are any leaks but not less than 10 minutes. Attention Measures 在進行壓力試驗時，劃定試壓禁區(qū)，無關人員不得進入。 Make a prohibited area for testing and forbidden irrespective person enter it during pressure testing time. 在試壓禁區(qū)，樹立一告示牌，寫明“正在試壓”。特別在高壓試驗進行時，要有足夠的防護措施。 Set up a nameplate identify with “PRESSURE TESTING IN PROGRESS” at the prohibited area. Take sufficient protective measure specially during high pressure testing. 試壓時不得撞擊受壓部件。 Forbidden to impact the testing ponent during testing. 參加試壓人員分工必須明確，各司其職，操作人員必須聽從指揮，認真操作。 Testing personnel shall divide the work clearly and be responsible respectively, listen to the order and operate seriously. 試壓過程中升壓應緩慢，檢查人員不要站在盲板的頂端，升壓前應對試壓設備，壓力表連接管和管件，排氣管及進水管等加以檢查，必須保證系統(tǒng)的嚴密性和排盡管道內的空氣。
