二、實習(xí)期間的成長在華宇實習(xí)的這幾周，感受良多。不僅我的交際面廣了，更重要的是我學(xué)會了如何應(yīng)對工作中的突然，如何合理的安排自己的工作和休息，如何做一個合格的華宇人。我認(rèn)為有幾點是必須要有的：一是素質(zhì)要好，有一定的文化基礎(chǔ)，也要有一定的工作經(jīng)驗，工作認(rèn)真，一絲不茍。二是勤奮，有條理，頭腦清醒。三是要有一定的管理能力。四是要能干，深受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及客人的喜愛。如果真的能做到以上幾點，我想你也許就是一位優(yōu)秀的初級管理者了，還有人生存于社會上，也不能太過于表現(xiàn)自己。其實，只要用一顆熾熱、真誠的`心去對待你身邊的每一個人或是每一件事，那就可以問心無愧了。公司里要學(xué)到的東西很多，比如說商務(wù)的禮儀，電話禮儀等等和還有就是做為商貿(mào)公司的服務(wù)人員該怎么面對客人的不同要求。在購物廣場，接觸這方面的知識相對于其他部門而言還是比較多的。有一本書叫做《不要只做我告訴你的事，請做需要做的事》，它在某種程度上給出了答案：學(xué)會在華宇自動自發(fā)工作的人，主動承擔(dān)責(zé)任和任務(wù)的人常常會有更好的職業(yè)發(fā)展前景。現(xiàn)在內(nèi)向性格的人比較多，而工作中的關(guān)注點絕大多數(shù)只是在于盡善盡美地想法子完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給他們做的任何事情，其實在華宇工作了這么長時間，我覺得不僅要完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給自己的事，還應(yīng)該積極地站在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的角度考慮問題，自動自發(fā)的去工作和學(xué)習(xí)，所以說，要想真正的在社會上立足就要懂得學(xué)會積極主動、敢于承擔(dān)。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)一些問題時，你自己若要有很好的意見就可以主動提出來，讓自己做一個勤于思考和善于思考的人。商場的突發(fā)事件非常多，我們應(yīng)該主動的去承擔(dān)去面對去解決問題，做一個有責(zé)任感額華宇人。三、實習(xí)崗位與內(nèi)容迎賓、問候客人：當(dāng)一切準(zhǔn)備工作全部就緒后，當(dāng)客人來到時，要微笑地問候客人，問候客人，及時了解客戶的需求，將華宇的熱情獻(xiàn)給客戶。購物廣場存包：為購物的客戶保存包裹，同時做好顧客進(jìn)商場的向?qū)Чぷ鳌Ｊ浙y員：做好交接手續(xù)，點清發(fā)票、營業(yè)現(xiàn)金、營業(yè)單據(jù)、客戶掛帳簽單等，并且交接人雙方簽名確認(rèn)。四、實習(xí)的收獲與感受工作是一種美麗，也是一種快樂。當(dāng)我為客人呈上熱情的微笑，聽到客人的道謝。當(dāng)我為客人拿上針線包釘上掉落的紐扣，客人露出滿意的微笑。當(dāng)我們的服務(wù)獲得客人對商場的贊許和稱道......我的內(nèi)心仿佛吹過春天的和風(fēng)，溫暖愜意。我們的工作是一項美麗的事業(yè)，在工作中收獲快樂，在微笑中贏得尊重，在實習(xí)中體驗生活。(一)實習(xí)收獲服務(wù)意識的提高對于商貿(mào)公司等服務(wù)行業(yè)來講,服務(wù)質(zhì)量無疑是企業(yè)的核心競爭力之一,為企業(yè)樹立良好的品牌和形象。通過公司組織的培訓(xùn)和平時部門的強(qiáng)化練習(xí)，鍛煉了我的服務(wù)意識，養(yǎng)成了面對客人泛出微笑的好習(xí)慣。學(xué)會了用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的禮儀禮貌待客。明白了學(xué)好外語的重要性。服務(wù)水平的提高經(jīng)過了實習(xí)，我們對商場的基本業(yè)務(wù)和操作有了一定的了解，禮貌是一個人綜合素質(zhì)的集中反映，商場更加如此，要敢于開口向人問好，在向人問好的過程中還要做到三到：口到，眼到，神到，一項都不能少。對于客人的要求，要盡全力去滿足，盡管有些不是我們職責(zé)范圍的事情，也要盡力幫其轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)。盡管有些要求不合理的不能辦到，都要用委婉的語氣拒絕，幫他尋求其他解決方法。(二)工作體會商場是服務(wù)業(yè)是社會文明的窗口隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高，商貿(mào)行業(yè)獲得飛速發(fā)展。雖然商場的規(guī)模大小、檔次高低、服務(wù)水平、管理質(zhì)量等參差不齊，但從近幾年行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益來看，商場的規(guī)模越大、檔次越高、服務(wù)質(zhì)量越好，其經(jīng)營效益也就越高。因為隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人們的道德素質(zhì)、精神文明也不斷提高，同時，對這個行業(yè)的需求和要求也越來越高，因此，越是高檔次的商場，越是賓客盈門。這反映出商場服務(wù)業(yè)已成為社會文明的一個重要窗口。服務(wù)質(zhì)量是商場管理的核心商場的服務(wù)質(zhì)量是商場日常管理的中心工作，全體員工都要有質(zhì)量意識，管理人員更要樹立服務(wù)質(zhì)量觀念。只有在質(zhì)量觀念上牢牢扎了根，才能在日常管理中把質(zhì)量真正當(dāng)成企業(yè)的生命線。服務(wù)質(zhì)量是指商場提供的服務(wù)在使用價值上(包含精神和物質(zhì))適應(yīng)和滿足客人需要的程度，既要具有物質(zhì)上的適用性，如設(shè)施設(shè)備、菜看質(zhì)量的優(yōu)質(zhì)，又要具有精神上的適用性，如良好的商場氣氛、服務(wù)勞動、員工精神狀態(tài)等。服務(wù)的使用價值適合和滿足客人需要的程度越高，服務(wù)質(zhì)量就越好。反之，則服務(wù)質(zhì)量就越差。要提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量，就要提高服務(wù)的使用價值的質(zhì)量。商場服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高，質(zhì)量觀念是前提。商場文化是商場經(jīng)營的靈魂商場里無所不在的是服務(wù)文化、禮儀文化、地域文化、飲食文化、解困文化等等，在商場里所有的工作人員都是主人，所有的賓客來到商場都會對商場和商場人產(chǎn)生或多或少的依賴，除了在接受服務(wù)的過程中接收文化或知識，他們還在遇到困難時向商場人尋求幫助。因此，我們可以說，商場是一個到處充斥著文化和知識的場所。于是，在這里工作的人們必須更有知識、文化和涵養(yǎng)。賓客在欣賞每一件商品時，而耳邊是服務(wù)員用甜美的聲音介紹有關(guān)商品的知識，包括起源、流傳、特色、新意等等，不僅更增添了購買的樂趣，也讓客人接收到一些新的知識和信息，讓他們從另一個層面上覺得不虛此行。大學(xué)生社會實踐個人評價
