出口合同的履行環(huán)節(jié)篇六托人有限公司，委托代理人 有限公司代理出口 產(chǎn)品，現(xiàn)達成以下條款:，以資雙方共同遵守： 如實提供與訂立協(xié)議有關的主要事實和情況。 對本協(xié)議以及代理人根據(jù)本協(xié)議與國外買方簽訂的外銷合同的條款進行充分的了解, 對各方的權利義務, 各方免除或者限制各自責任的條款有充分的注意。: 如實提供與訂立協(xié)議有關的主要事實和情況。 采取合理的方式提請委托人注意免除或限制其責任的條款,并按委托人的要求,對該條款予以說明。 對外成交后，及時將外銷合同副本送交委托人。 辦理出口所需的商檢，報關，對外運輸，并對外議付。
