乙方車輛如有必要修理、保養(yǎng)、年檢，甲方應(yīng)提供方便。
11. if any early termination occurs, one month prior written notice is requested。
合同雙方的任意一方提前解除此合同，必須提前一個月書面通知另一方。 12. this agreement will be extended upon the expiry date and the confirmation

本合同屆滿時，如雙方無爭議本合同自動順延。
