注意：正文中標(biāo)出的引文，在參考文獻(xiàn)中必須有唯一的對(duì)應(yīng)條目，要避免歧義。要嚴(yán)格避免偽引。偽引是指實(shí)際引用了自己并沒有親自看到的文獻(xiàn)(包括版本)，偽引的后果可能非常嚴(yán)重。掌握“見了才可引”的原則，就可避免偽引。

注意：所引論文與文集名之間用//分開，文集的主編名字書寫按正常順序，即先名后姓，與文獻(xiàn)條目開頭的責(zé)任人書寫情況不同。
涉及報(bào)紙的引文與論文的情況基本一樣，唯一不同之處在于時(shí)間項(xiàng)。如：
XXXXXX(Keller, : B4)或簡(jiǎn)寫為XXXXXX(J. Keller)。
Keller, J. (). University of Hawaii Gives Birthday Degrees. Honolulu Advertiser, B4.
參照上述情況，盡可能明確責(zé)任人、撰寫或發(fā)表時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、頁碼。檔案要明確存儲(chǔ)地點(diǎn)，卷宗號(hào)，查詢時(shí)間。如：
