乙方不得隨意改變營業(yè)攤位的結(jié)構(gòu)和布局，也不得私自亂接用電設(shè)備。
乙方如因經(jīng)營需要對(duì)租賃場(chǎng)地拆改結(jié)構(gòu)或重新裝修的，必須取得甲方書面同意，但裝修費(fèi)用及設(shè)施由乙方自行承擔(dān)。
