3)Specifications: S,M,and L equally assorted
4)數(shù)量：20xx打

6)包裝：每一紙皮盒裝半打，每6打裝一紙箱
Packing: half a dozen packed to a carboard box ,six dozens to a carton.
7)交貨：合同經(jīng)雙方確認(rèn)后，50天內(nèi)
Delivery: Within 50 days after the confirmation of the contract by both sides.
8)保險(xiǎn)：由買方負(fù)責(zé)投保
Insurance: To be arranged and covered by the Buyer
9)付款：憑以下單據(jù)支付：
Payment: Payment shall be effected against the following documents.
a. 全套已裝船清潔提單

b. 保險(xiǎn)單：正本一份，副本三份
Invoice one original and three copiesb.
c. 由中國(guó)商檢局出具的檢驗(yàn)證書：正本一份，副本兩份
Inspection Certificate on Quality issued by the China Commodity Inspection Bureau: one original and two copies. d. Certificate of Origin: one original and two copies.||d. 原產(chǎn)地證書：正本一份，副本兩份
生效：EFFECTIVENESS:
1) 本合同一經(jīng)雙方簽字后，立即生效。
This contract shall bee effective immediately after being signed by the two parties concerned.
2)本合同用中英文書寫就，兩個(gè)文本具有同等效力。如中英不完全對(duì)等，以英文為準(zhǔn)。
This contract is written in English and Chinese, both versions having the same force. Where there is not plete equivalence between the two versions the English version shall prevail.
3)本合同正本兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份。
