五、社刊 Learning materials of League
由社員集體自行搜集資料（符合本社團宗旨），匯編成冊，定期選擇社員自己的優(yōu)秀演講稿、小詩，散文等各式文體的稿件編入社刊（可設編輯若干名，文筆最好者可任主編）。The materials which meet the aim of the league will be collected and selected by the members themselves, and then the
materials will be piled in form of volumes。 all sorts of materials in different writing styles from members will be adopted, such as, speech description, poet, and prose and so on. Several editors will be chosen here and the most brilliant one will be chosen as the chief editor.
六、入社條件 qualities for membership
先報名然后定期通過演講等比賽活動進行選拔，并兼顧進行其他方面的考察，最終擇優(yōu)錄取。The potential members should apply for the membership
