訂單確認(rèn)之后，乙方須按照有關(guān)確認(rèn)書所規(guī)定的時間開立以甲方為受益人的保兌的、不可撤銷的即期信用證。乙方開出信用證后，應(yīng)立即通知甲方，以便甲方準(zhǔn)備交貨。After confirmation of the order, Party B shall arrange to open a confirmed, irrevocable L/C available by draft at sight in favour of Party A within the time stipulated in the relevant S/C. Party B shall also notify Party A immediately after L/C is opened so that Party A can get prepared for delivery.
6. 傭金 Commission
