Particularly Client shall nominate a general representative who shall be available at reasonable time. 委托方應(yīng)協(xié)助咨詢(xún)方向有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)取得護(hù)照簽證、工作許可和咨詢(xún)方要求的其它文件以使咨詢(xún)方能進(jìn)入委托方國(guó)家和本工程的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，但費(fèi)用由咨詢(xún)方負(fù)擔(dān)。 Client shall assist Consultant with the responsible authorities for obtaining visas, work permits and other documents required by Consultant to enter the country and to have access to the Site of the Project. All personnel employed by Consultant in carrying out the work shall be exclusively Consultant39。s responsibility, and Consultant shall hold Client harmless from any claims of any kind by Consultant39。s personnel arising out of any acts by Consultant or its personnel in connection with the work performed hereunder. 咨詢(xún)方應(yīng)根據(jù)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的內(nèi)容和進(jìn)度安排，按時(shí)提交咨詢(xún)技術(shù)咨詢(xún)報(bào)告及有關(guān)圖紙資料。 Consultant shall provide Client all the technical technical service reports and relevant documentation within the Scope of Technical Services and within the Time Schedule of the Time Schedule for the Services. 咨詢(xún)方應(yīng)協(xié)助委托方的技術(shù)人員獲得進(jìn)入咨詢(xún)方國(guó)家的簽證并負(fù)責(zé)安排食宿，食宿費(fèi)用由委托方負(fù)擔(dān)。咨詢(xún)方應(yīng)為委托方的技術(shù)人員提供辦公室、必要的設(shè)施和交通便利。 Consultant shall assist Client＇S personnel in his country in obtaining visas and in arranging lodgings. Hotel and boarding expenses shall be borne by Client.
