為了達到這一目標，被許可方應在出售合同產品之前，免費寄給許可方一定數量的產品樣品，和其包裝紙箱及包裝材料，以取得許可方的書面同意。合同產品及其紙箱和包裝材料的質量試樣需得到許可方的同意。向許可方提交的每份產品得到其書面同意前不能視作通過。樣品按本條所述得到同意后，被許可方在未得到許可方的書面同意前不能作實質變動。而許可方除非提前【】天書面通知被許可方，否則不能撤銷其對樣品的同意。
