【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 B shall have the right to terminate this agreement immediately by giving written notice to Party A. When the intellectual property rights of Party B is violated, Party B shall have the right to claim the legal and/or economic pensation from the Party A. 甲方進一步承諾不拆解產(chǎn)品或者仿冒產(chǎn)品。如果甲方違反其承諾，乙方在書面通知甲方后有權(quán)終止本協(xié)議，并且乙方有權(quán)要求甲方給予相應(yīng)經(jīng)濟賠償； Party B warrants that it shall not directly or indirectly contact with Party A’s customer or sell products, whether directly or indirectly to Party A’s customer. Intellectual Property 第五條：知識產(chǎn)權(quán) The intellectual property of the Brand and Trademark belongs to Party A, the infringement and all expense because of the brand and trademark should be pensated by Party A. 合作產(chǎn)品中的商標的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)由甲方享有，因商標產(chǎn)生的侵權(quán)責任及損失由甲方承擔； The intellectual property of Products belongs to Party B, except the Brand and Trademark. 合作產(chǎn)品除商標外的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)由乙方享有； Section 6.
