straw yield of countryside in China has reached tons, among the highest in the world. As is known to all, straw contains a huge amount of energy, as an agricultural country, it is necessary for us to carry out these straw energy utilization. The current widespread use of the technology of straw is straw returning, the straw pulverizer has put forward higher requirements. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing straw crusher, aiming at the current problems, based on the working principle and structure characteristics of researches on the straw pulverizer, bined with the actual situation, design a straw crusher hammer. This design is mainly posed of a transmission mechanism, a crushing mechanism and a discharging port of three parts. Study on the belt drive, the crushing chamber, rotor, inlet and outlet and the frame ponents by mechanical design, mechanical principle and other related professional knowledge carries on the stress analysis and design calculation of the size and checking, finally using AutoCAD to draw the parts diagram and the whole machine assembly. Keywords: Hammer mill。在我國(guó),廣泛應(yīng)用于秸稈粉碎機(jī) 的是 錘 片 式 和齒爪式粉碎技術(shù) 。 秸稈粉碎機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) 3 隨著中國(guó) 農(nóng)業(yè) 的不斷發(fā)展和資源利用率 的提高,對(duì) 秸稈粉碎機(jī)的創(chuàng)新研究就顯得尤為重要。相對(duì)速度大,破碎力大, 破碎材料的強(qiáng)度就高,這個(gè)理論可以用下面的推導(dǎo)證明。 錘片式秸稈粉碎機(jī)的研究?jī)?nèi)容 本研究要求所設(shè)計(jì)的秸稈粉碎機(jī)適用于水稻、小麥、油菜等農(nóng)作物秸稈切段后的粉碎,并采用料斗式進(jìn)料,可以自動(dòng)排料,每小時(shí)的秸稈粉碎量不少于 500kg。 其中,電動(dòng)機(jī)需要進(jìn)行選型及扭矩計(jì)算;帶傳動(dòng)需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)選型;粉碎機(jī)構(gòu)主軸需進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及校核、軸承壽命也需進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算。 錘架板的具體形狀如圖 4: 華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 20xx 屆本科畢業(yè)論文 16 圖 4:錘架板的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) Fig4:Structure design of hammer frame 銷(xiāo)軸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 ( 1) 銷(xiāo)軸的設(shè)計(jì) 銷(xiāo)軸主要貫穿于錘片和錘架板的銷(xiāo)孔上,用來(lái)安裝錘片,其材料為 45 鋼。39。無(wú)論哪種粉碎機(jī),我們都力求能夠降低成本,降低噪音和振動(dòng),提高粉碎效率和粉碎性能。同時(shí),根據(jù)不同地區(qū)特點(diǎn)及廣大農(nóng)民的需求,發(fā)展功能較為全面,價(jià)格適宜的粉碎設(shè)備,從而提高農(nóng)民的積極性,為今后粉碎機(jī)的研究與發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的 群眾基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)果主軸的設(shè)計(jì)及校核都完成后,畫(huà)裝配圖時(shí)才發(fā)現(xiàn)根本無(wú)法安裝,軸的長(zhǎng)度太短,不夠安裝帶輪、軸承等零件,所以又要重新設(shè)計(jì)軸段的長(zhǎng)度,這樣就要重新進(jìn)行校核,還要重新計(jì)算軸承的壽命,浪費(fèi)了好多時(shí)間和精力。老師嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)態(tài)度,開(kāi)闊的思維方式 ,和誨人不倦的優(yōu)良品德使我受益匪淺,更是我學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。不過(guò),這些問(wèn)題通過(guò)與老師進(jìn)行交流和廣泛查閱資料,最后都迎刃而解了。因此,需要重視對(duì)秸稈粉碎機(jī)的理論研究與創(chuàng)新。 ?
