This subpart also establishes requirements to demonstrate initial and continuous pliance with the emissions limitations, work practice standards, and operation and maintenance requirements in this subpart.167。When do I have to ply with this subpart?(a) Except as specified in paragraph (b) of this section, if you have an existing affected source, you must ply with each emissions limitation, work practice standard, and operation and maintenance requirement in this subpart that applies to you no later than April 23, 2007. Major source status for existing affected sources must be determined no later than April 23, 2007.(b) If you have an existing affected source, you must ply with the work practice standards in 167。F). This requirement does not apply to the resin portion of the binder system.(e) For each scrap preheater at an existing iron and steel foundry, you must meet either the requirement in paragraph (e)(1) or (2) of this section.
