在高速重載的齒輪傳動中,齒面間的壓力大,溫升高,潤滑效果差,當瞬時溫度過鋯石,將使兩齒面局部熔融、金屬相互粘連,當兩齒面作相對運動時,粘住的地方被撕破,從而在齒面上沿著滑動方向形成帶狀或大面積的傷痕(圖24),低速重載的傳動不易形成油膜,摩擦發(fā)熱雖不大,但也可能因重載而出現(xiàn)冷膠合。軟齒面齒輪多經(jīng)調(diào)質或正火處理后切齒,常用440Cr等。根據(jù)誤差特性及它們對傳動性能的影響,齒輪每個精度等級的公差劃分為三個公差組,即第
