Guangzhou Automotive Group Co., Ltd.)【Abstract】The optimized design method of vehicle’s handling stability and ride fort was introduced based on approximate model in this paper. A car multibody dynamics model was established by using software ADAMS/Car, the evaluating objects of vehicle’s handling stability and ride fort were also determined. The suspension spring rigidity, shock absorbers damping characteristic and antiroll stabilizer rigidity were used as design variable, and based on the approximate optimized mathematic model, the multiobject optimization calculation of handling stability and ride fort were carried out. It was indicated that the approximate model technology was an effective method for optimizing vehicle’s performance.Key words: Handing Stability。主題詞:駕駛機器人 車輛起步 離合器Research on Startingup Quality of Vehicles based on Robot Driver ManipulationXue Jinlin1,2, Zhang Weigong1, Gong Zongyang1( University, Agricultural University)【Abstract】Velocity tracking error, the degree of impact and the slipping friction power were presented as the evaluation indexes on startingup quality of vehicle based on robot driver manipulation. The control parameters of startingup process, including throttle angle, rotating speed of output shaft of clutch, speed difference between the driving shaft and the driven shaft in clutch and variation of output speed of clutch, were selected as control parameters for the vehicle startingup control analysis. Then, the control rules of the presented parameters were determined, and the startingup clutch control algorithm based on integral separating PID was presented. The results show that the velocity tracking error is less than , the maximum degree of impact is under , and the time of startingup is about . The test results show that the efficiency decreased with the increase of universal joint angle and could improve at equal universal joint angle of two sides。 based on simulation data for a 45t heavyduty truck, and considering retarder oil charge time, the braking simulation results under different working conditions are obtained, finally the relative conclusions were also obtained.
