根據(jù)公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,制定各崗位的任務(wù)和工作目標(biāo)②② 經(jīng)總經(jīng)理授權(quán),可獨(dú)立開展本部門人員的招聘和考核(所聘人員經(jīng)人力資源部批準(zhǔn))③③ 在公司政策許可范圍內(nèi),控制本部門的成本與費(fèi)用④④ 提出地區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、銷售計(jì)劃和銷售目標(biāo)⑤⑤ 審定代理資格⑥⑥ 根據(jù)市場實(shí)際情況建議市場定位、銷售價(jià)格⑦⑦ 建議各崗位的薪酬2. 責(zé)任①① 保證公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度在本部門內(nèi)的貫徹落實(shí)②② 與廠家保持良好的關(guān)系③③ 維持良好的客戶關(guān)系④④
