Major design and implementation of human resources management system, were using browser / server (B / S) model, as development tools, and Oracle 9i as database. Efficiently achieve the management of human resources and various functions of the system with the management of personnel files, personnel deployment management, education and training, and system management functions. First of all, human resources management system for the development of the background and requirement analysis, then is the system design, database design, and then divided into modules, submodule to plete the detailed design of the content, and finally introduced the system of testing and running.
