不 勻率越小則勻染性越好,這表明先加β 環(huán)糊精包合的比未包合的勻染性更好;β 環(huán)糊精和表面活性劑 1227都能提高陽離子染料的勻染性,且β 環(huán)糊精的勻染效果稍微好些,但是兩者同時加入,勻染性反而減小。 β 環(huán)糊精對 K/S 值及不勻率的影響 各方法染色后織物的表觀色澤深度及不勻率結果如下表 20: 表 20 陽離子染料染色后的 K/S 值和不勻率 方法 1 2 3 4 5 β 環(huán)糊精( 5g/L) 5 5 5 — — 1227( ml) — — 5 5 — K/S 不勻率( U) % % % % % (不勻率 U2=∑ [(K/S)i247。原因是在染色過程中,β 環(huán)糊精與染料分子形成包合物,隨著染色的進行,染料分子被緩慢的釋 放出來,從而降低了染料的上染速率,起到一定的勻染作用。 采用測配色儀,分別在布樣的若干個不同點測試 K/ S值,取其平均值作為織物的 K/ S值。染料分子與纖維主要依靠氫鍵、范德華力以及偶極引力而結合。因此當有合適的非極性客體分子被加入到環(huán)糊精的水溶液中,環(huán)糊精周圍的水分子即會推動客體分子向其疏水空腔運動,同時環(huán)糊精空腔中的水分子會被釋放出來,從而形成非極性一非極性相互作用的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài) [4]。 關鍵詞: β 環(huán)糊精;上染百分率; K/S;勻染性;染色效果 Ⅱ Application of β Cyclodextrin in the Dyeing and Finishing Process of Polyester Knitted Fabric Abstract: This paper studied the influence made by the concentration of β – cyclodextrin during the process of disperse yellow SFN and disperse blue SFN dyeing of polyester knitted fabric. The experimental results showed that, with the increasing of the concentration of β – cyclodextrin, the unevenness slowing decreased, while it made a little effect on the dyeuptake, K/S value, color fastness and so on. What’s more, in the paper, I have discussed the influence made by β – cyclodextrin during the dyeing process of cationic red 3R dyeing of polyester knitted fabric, and then pared it with the Surface active agent 1227. The results proved that, with the accession of β – cyclodextrin, the dyeing rate can be obviously reduced. and during the dyeing process βcyclodextrin played a very good level dyeing effect, and even better than 1227.
