【正文】 Without the permission of Party A, Party B should not disclose the drawings and technical information which are provided by Party A in oral, written, showing and lending way to the third Party. If Party B revealed such information, Party A has the right to pursue Party B’s legal responsibility.2) 當(dāng)雙方履行完該協(xié)議后，乙方必須歸還甲方所提供的用于開(kāi)發(fā)該模具的所有保密信息及其全部副本（不論其是否是在計(jì)算機(jī)磁盤(pán)、光盤(pán)讀取器、光盤(pán)、硬盤(pán)或軟件中或硬拷貝載體上存儲(chǔ)、保存或記錄的）；如果乙方退還上述保密信息及其全部副本為不可行，則應(yīng)將其銷(xiāo)毀，或者從計(jì)算機(jī)或其他電子系統(tǒng)中將其刪除或抹除。The productAll the disputes and controversies of every kind and nature between the Parties arising out of or in connection with the agreement or the execution hereof shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the Parties.
