在三相六開關并聯(lián)型APF的SVPWM調制算法的研究基礎上,將SVPWM調制算法擴展到三相四開關系統(tǒng),提出了用于三相四開關并聯(lián)型APF輸出電流控制的SVPWM調制算法。所以,四開關三相逆變器的輸出能力要相對弱一些。A、B兩相功率開關器件的控制規(guī)律相同,現(xiàn)以A相為例來說明。 四開關組成的電路既可以用于整流也可以用于逆變,本文主要介紹三相四開關逆變器,濾波器。關鍵詞三相四開關;SPWM變換器;整流器;逆變器;濾波器AbstractPower electronic technology appeared in the 1950 s and in 1957 the general electric pany on the basis of the transistor developed the first thyristor and then was called SCR silicon controlled rectifier, (SCR).
