管理層和技術(shù)人員通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽器監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)情況和生產(chǎn)計劃執(zhí)行,提升了生產(chǎn)過程控制水平;通過電子廣告牌向各工位下達管理指令,替代了原來紙質(zhì)文件在各工位的傳遞,方便快捷;電子廣告牌以“圖片+文字”的形式及時指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線上工人的操作,生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量得到更可靠的保證;關(guān)鍵及重要零部件上料時的比對,有效控制了裝配差錯的發(fā)生。在數(shù)據(jù)采集層,工位控制器支持多種標(biāo)準通信接口,可接入生產(chǎn)線上各種設(shè)備和儀器,適用于各種工業(yè)現(xiàn)場;系統(tǒng)集成接口標(biāo)準化設(shè)計易實現(xiàn)MES系統(tǒng)與上層ERP系統(tǒng)的集成。圖3 系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)圖系統(tǒng)集成接口實現(xiàn)MES系統(tǒng)與ERP系統(tǒng)的集成。關(guān)鍵詞:RFID;離散型制造業(yè);制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng);通信中間件Design and Implementation of Discrete Manufacturing Industry MES Based on RFID TechnologyAbstract: Analyzing the production organizational mode and problems in production management of discrete manufacturing industry, RFID technology was introduced to track WIP (work in process) and collect data of product quality, fill in the information and management gaps between ERP plan and field process control, and implement visualization manufacturing and digital management. Discussing system architecture and operational characteristics and the shop controller and cell controller were bined to cooperate for system functions. The factory application showed that the propose
