Onsite personnel should rescue wounded persons and protect the site. If onsite objects have to be moved to rescue wounded persons, marks should be appended, and record, photograph and draw the site in details. 2. Report the accident to the petent authorities (or leaders) at once. The unit to which an accident occurs should immediately report the accident to the pany’s Safety Committee Office. 3. Investigate the accident and analyze the cause. After receiving the accident report, the pany’s Safety Committee Office should rapidly instruct related unites to carry out investigation. The Accident Survey Report on the accidents which cause minor wound or minor accidents should be reported within 15 days. For the accidents which cause severe wound or major accidents, the Accident Survey Report should be reported within 30 days. Accident investigation and handling should be supervised by labor union anizations. 4. Define reconstruction and prevention measures. 5. Punish the persons responsible for accidents. 6.
