齒輪傳動的設(shè)計 徐州工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 16 如圖 32 所示,一級傳動為齒輪傳動,其中 1為小齒輪, 2為大齒輪,傳動比為 3??墒且话慵?xì)分只能使其分辨率發(fā)生變化,不能夠改變它的精度。這種蝸桿傳動常用于起重裝置中。數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺可以作任意角度的回轉(zhuǎn)和分度,也可以作連續(xù)回轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)給運動。它可以與其他 的 伺服 系統(tǒng) 進(jìn)給軸聯(lián)動 控制 。它是支持 CIMS 各分系統(tǒng),覆蓋企業(yè)全部信息的數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)。它是工廠自動化的發(fā)展方向,未來制造工廠的模式。加工系統(tǒng)中的自動化加工設(shè)備通常由 5~10臺 CNC 機床、加工中心及其附屬設(shè)備(如工件裝卸系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、切屑處理系統(tǒng)和刀具交換系統(tǒng)等)組成。 目前, DNC 技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向主要表現(xiàn)在 DNC 與 CIMS 的集成、 DNC 系統(tǒng)的模塊化與商品化、基于現(xiàn)場總線與計算機局域網(wǎng)的 DNC產(chǎn)品開發(fā),以及 DNC 產(chǎn)品與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的配套開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)等方面。所以近幾年許多國家都在紛紛研究開發(fā)這種系統(tǒng),如美國的 NGC、歐盟的 OSACA、日本的 OSEC 和中國的 ONC 等。并且具有非常友好的人機界面,同時具備了讓系統(tǒng)功能更趨于完善的故障診斷專家系統(tǒng)和故障監(jiān)控功能。采用半導(dǎo)體存儲器芯片、數(shù)控專用電路以及通用或?qū)S梦⑻幚砥餍酒瑯?gòu)成數(shù)控裝置的微型計算機數(shù)控系統(tǒng)是第五代數(shù)控系統(tǒng),基本上是通過計算機軟件來實現(xiàn)其它的數(shù)控功能。 數(shù)控技術(shù)未來發(fā)展方向 ...................................................................... 錯誤 !未定義書簽。 關(guān)鍵詞 數(shù)控技術(shù);智能化;復(fù)合加工機床; 5軸聯(lián)動加工機床 徐州工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) II Abstract The application of numerical technology has not only brought the revolutionary change to manufacturing industry of the tradition , make the manufacturing industry bee the industrialized symbol, and with the constant development of numerical control technology and enlargement of the application , the development of some important trades (IT , automation , light industry , medical treatment , etc .) to the national economy and the peoples livelihood of his plays a more and more important role , because the digitization that these trades needed to equip has already been the main trend of modern development .
