leave（1）如果乙方因患病并經(jīng)醫(yī)院證明確不能工作，可以向甲方提出請(qǐng)假，乙方在病假期間無(wú)工資。(三)向受聘方提供必要的工作條件。不從事傳教等與專家身份不符的活動(dòng)。(二)聘方在下述情形中，可與受聘方解除合同，無(wú)須提前告知，無(wú)須支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金：受聘方在試用期間被證明不能達(dá)到聘方預(yù)期條件的。聘方的規(guī)章制度違反中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定，損害受聘方權(quán)益的。八、不可抗力不可抗力指不能預(yù)見(jiàn)其發(fā)生且對(duì)其后果不能防止和避免的任何事件、情形或情況。如發(fā)生糾紛的任何一方對(duì)仲裁結(jié)果不服，可直接向地方法院提起訴訟，由法院按規(guī)定程序判決。向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)填寫(xiě)或匯報(bào)學(xué)員信息反饋表，反映學(xué)生近期學(xué)習(xí)情況，每周一次。工資以人民幣支付。四、工作時(shí)間和休息、節(jié)日，每周工作時(shí)間為6天。在試用期內(nèi)，聘方如發(fā)現(xiàn)受聘方健康狀況、專業(yè)水平、職業(yè)操守或行為舉止等不能勝任本聘用合同規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，有權(quán)解除合同。其他有關(guān)待遇見(jiàn)附件。未經(jīng)聘方同意，不得兼職。在未達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)前，仍應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格履行合同。雙方協(xié)商一致，可以解除合同。經(jīng)聘方同意解除合同后，受聘方離華的費(fèi)用自理；受聘方若無(wú)故解除合同，除離華費(fèi)用自理外，還應(yīng)當(dāng)向聘方支付違約金。對(duì)仲裁結(jié)果不服的，可向人民法院提起訴訟。and
