Key words: enhancement。工程預(yù)結(jié)算管理是工程造價管理工作的有機(jī)組成部分,也是對工程投資管理的有效調(diào)控措施和方法。國內(nèi)現(xiàn)行的工程預(yù)結(jié)算管理制度存在的弊端較多,需要政府相關(guān)部門,以及工程造價管理人員在不斷地探索過程中,逐步對其進(jìn)行改進(jìn)與完善,以適應(yīng)時代和工程建設(shè)項目管理的實際需求。 傳統(tǒng)的工程預(yù)結(jié)算管理制度普遍存在陳舊、落后以及和現(xiàn)代管理不相適應(yīng)的問題,難以滿足現(xiàn)代工程造價管理工作的新需求。工程預(yù)結(jié)算管理工作是現(xiàn)代工程項目管理急需快速發(fā)展的一項內(nèi)容,因為工程建設(shè)項目的根本目的是為了實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會效益的雙贏。
