This article is a brief overview of the current development status of the oil well cement, and the direction of the development of high performance of the oil well cement in the future.Keywords:Oil well cement;Cementing;Development;High performance1油井水泥的定義油井水泥(Oil well cement),又稱堵塞水泥(blockage cement)或固井水泥,是指應(yīng)用于各種鉆井條件下進(jìn)行固井、修井、擠注等作業(yè)的硅酸鹽水泥和非硅酸鹽水泥[1],包括摻有各種外摻料或外加劑的改性水泥或特種水泥的油井水泥體系。油井水泥的種類多樣繁雜,并沒有相對明確的界限。G、H級油井水泥被稱為基本油井水泥,具有中抗硫酸鹽型(MSR)和高抗硫酸鹽型(HSR),可以與外加劑和外摻料相混合適用于大多數(shù)的固井作業(yè),水泥漿體系也多種多樣[2]。隨著我國水泥工業(yè)的發(fā)展,油井水泥的生產(chǎn)也將向“新型干法旋轉(zhuǎn)窯”工藝生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行全面的轉(zhuǎn)化。6實現(xiàn)水泥高性能化的途徑、燒成工藝和粉磨工藝由于C3S含量高的水泥的脆性大,抗裂性變差且水化放熱量和放熱率大;C2S對早期抗折強(qiáng)度的貢獻(xiàn)大,是低需水量的礦物。有試驗證明:水泥顆粒的連續(xù)級配及緊密堆積、增加30Lm以下的顆粒含量、控制適宜的比表面積是優(yōu)化水泥顆粒分布的3個目標(biāo)
