【正文】 cularly important. “l(fā)earning is not good is defective， the body is not good is a waste， the psychology is not good is dangerous goods， thought not harm” every one of us is the educators in the education work should be mindful of the educational administration guide. talk about four aspects of the moral education of primary school education in the teaching of： a， the moral education in primary school education effectiveness； two， in the classroom teaching of moral significance； on moral education penetration of various disciplines in three， primary school education； four， moral education in primary school penetration initiatives in education and teaching.【key words】primary school； teachers； students； moral education； primary school； education and teaching《中小學(xué)德育工作規(guī)程》指出：德育是中小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的重要部分，對(duì)青少年的健康成長和學(xué)校工作起著導(dǎo)向、動(dòng)力、保證作用。胡錦濤總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)“教育要以人為本，德育為先。加強(qiáng)德育是我國中小學(xué)課程教材改革的重要指導(dǎo)思想，因此，在課堂教學(xué)中滲透德育是德育教育的有效途徑。在我身邊的許多教師常常感慨：當(dāng)教師越來越難當(dāng)了！大家心里都明白：當(dāng)前由于社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的影響，家庭對(duì)孩子的溺愛，父母對(duì)孩子缺乏正確的引導(dǎo)，影視音像制品及網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的影響等，造成學(xué)生不愛學(xué)習(xí)、不想學(xué)習(xí)。①二、在課堂教學(xué)中滲透德育的意義課堂教學(xué)是學(xué)校教育的主陣陣，是學(xué)校有目的、有計(jì)劃、有系統(tǒng)地對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育的基本途徑。這正是文本的價(jià)值所在。課本中的唱歌教學(xué)所選用的歌曲內(nèi)容豐富題材，體裁廣泛，演唱風(fēng)格多樣，歌曲的優(yōu)美旋律與生動(dòng)活潑的語言學(xué)生愛聽愛唱，教育內(nèi)容最容易被兒童理解和接受。課堂是對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育教的主陣地，學(xué)生接受德育教育主要體現(xiàn)在教學(xué)過程中。在小學(xué)科學(xué)教學(xué)中滲透德育教育，關(guān)心孩子們的健康成長，真正做到教書育人。走進(jìn)學(xué)生中間，與學(xué)生同學(xué)習(xí)同生活，談心交流，做學(xué)生的知心朋友，就一定會(huì)有收獲的。學(xué)困生犯錯(cuò)誤是難免的，老師給予矯正是必需的。只要教師真心付出了，真心為他們著想了，他們會(huì)理解你、感激你的。11
